CONSTRUCTION OF 3 HIGH-QUALITY INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSES
Encamp (Andorra)
Construction of three high-quality industrial warehouses in Prat de la Bartra, Encamp: a unique urban site.
The work involved excavating 5,000m3 of earth, laying foundations using cyclopean concrete, creating long-span beams of post-tensed concrete and building a reinforced concrete frame on the ground floor and a metal frame on the upper floors. The envelope is made of a combination of granite veneer and sandwich panels.
The excavated material has been reused for the environmental restoration of stone quarries and to manufacture aggregates.
